Mindful living enables me to break out of old patterns. I pay attention to the present. I determine my actions instead of automatically repeating what is familiar. I make time for fun as often as possible. I play ball with my children and run around with my dog. I call up a friend and laugh about the ups and downs of our dating experiences.
