Daily Health Tip

Healthy eating is more about long-term health than about attaining your perfect weight. You have one body and one life - it’s important you live it healthy!

Making Changes

Making the switch to a ketogenic diet is easy as the food is satisfying and filling. This eating plan will help you lose weight, keep it off and improve your overall health.

The challenge comes in giving up your daily allotment of sugar and carbohydrates. In order to experience the benefits of eating healthy fats you may:

1.Severely reduce or eliminate sugar from your diet.

  1. Reduce carbohydrates to 50 grams per day, including those from vegetables.
  2. Eliminate foods with trans fatty acids.
  3. Eat foods rich in saturated fats, such as nuts, avocado, coconut oil and pastured, organic, non-GMO meats and dairy products.

Daily Affirmation

Each day I strive to become the person I want to be.
I always strive to improve myself. I look forward to learning and accumulating more skills so that I am more productive in all aspects of my life.

Fact or Fiction?

Do you love mysteries? Then you’ve probably heard about Agatha Christie, the grand dame of mystery novels. Her characters included Hercule Poirot, the famous Belgian detective, and Miss Marple, an engaging elderly woman from a small town.  Murder on the Orient Express was just one of her books that has made it to the big screen. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Agatha Christie’s popularity is only overshadowed by the Bible, and one of her books has been running as a play in London since October 1952 - The Mousetrap.

Have a wonderful day!
